We are sorry but we are not able to accept bookings from anyone under 18 years of age

No smoking in Stable Cottage please

Once you have decided that you would like to stay at Stable Cottage please telephone or email to arrange your stay. In order to secure your booking a deposit of £200.00 is required Sorry but we do not accept credit cards. payment can be made either by cheque or online BACS transfer direct to the owners bank account. If you wish to pay by cheque please make it payable to Amanda Fearon and send it to Ballaminers House, Little Petherick, Nr Padstow, Cornwall PL27 7QT (NOT STABLE COTTAGE). Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive written confirmation of your booking by email or post. The outstanding balance of payment should be received by us no later than six weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Approximately one week before final payment is due a polite reminder is sent by us via email (we are not responsible should the email fail to be received for any reason), failure to make payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and will result in the booking being offered to another party. Only in the event of being able to re- let the cottage and on confirmation of another party's booking will your deposit be returned less an administration fee of £25.00.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation six weeks before the holiday start date the total rental is payable unless we succeed in re- letting.With more than six weeks notice of cancellation only the deposit will be forfeit. We strongly advise guests to take out holiday insurance.

Pet's Accepted
As dog owners ourselves we know the advantages of being able to take your four legged friends on holiday with you. We gladly accept up to two/three dogs at a weekly rate of £25.00 per dog in the cottage and ask owners to keep their dogs under control at all times. Like many cottage owners we kindly ask that dogs are not left unattended in the cottage at anytime during your stay unless the pet/s are placed in a dog cage. Pets are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms please Stable Cottage has it's own secure private garden . We do ask that guests clear up after their pet please.There are some lovely walks for dogs in the area and providing dogs are kept under control many of the beaches close by are dog friendly. Please mention at the time of booking if you wish to bring your pet/s with you.

ARRIVAL TIME- AFTER 3.00PM ( SATURDAY IS OUR CHANGEOVER DAY AND OUR HOUSEKEEPER WILL BE BUSY PREPARING YOUR COTTAGE UNTIL THIS TIME!)

DEPARTURE TIME - BY 10.00AM ( WE KINDLY ASK THAT GUESTS VACATE BY THIS TIME AS OUR HOUSEKEEPER ARRIVES AT 10.00AM TO COMMENCE CHANGEOVER). Before vacating Stable Cottage we request that guests leave the property in a clean and tidy condition please.

ACCIDENTS do happen and we would ask guests to inform us before they depart the cottage of any damage, loss, or breakages, which will have to be paid for.
